Observations to improve Query CSV export functionality in different languages and standard date formats

I fully agree with @ruari about the problem with the date format. Smart-D takes the regional settings of each computer affecting the way the date data is exported. This is a problem when you work with different languages and try to share them. So, the current format does not seem to conform well to international standards.

It doesn’t make much sense for the patrol to take the field data in numeric form and transform it into a language-dependent format in the query.

I wonder in the same way that you can force the language of SMART desktop by editing the *.ini file.

-Duser.language=en (when your computer is configured in another language)
Couldn’t the same be done to select the date format by embedding some code in this file?
