Patrol Plan Template bug

Hi.
Running SMART Version: 7.5.10
Full Version: 7.5.10.202406061746
When I create a patrol plan in the template all works fine. But then if i want to edit the plan to have a label for each site that was completed and save I get a error message. Below is a screenshot of label.
When i want to export my patrol plan to .pdf it gives me a error.

Then i disable the label added and all works fine.

Could you please share the error log so we can have a better understanding of the issue?
