Patrol tracks are coming out as straight lines!

Hello,
After importing my patrols, the tracks show as straight lines in my SMART desktop.
I have noticed that its not always the case when I keep my mobile device unlocked (blackview pro6200) and I stay on smart mobile app. When I do this I get normal patrol tracks.

Are there settings on my mobile device or smart desktop that I am missing?
I want to be able to lock my phone and keep it in my pocket during my patrols…or is this not possible?

Hi Trevor,

Android tends to kill anything that it thinks is using resources, so this can happen if you are not the foreground app.

Blackview devices are particularly aggressive about disabling background apps, so you could check out this link:

We are expecting to invest more in this area for SMART 8.
