Problem erasing patrols

We are having this issue when trying to erase a patrol.

Any idea on how to solve it?

Hi Jackie,

Is this a consistent problem? Does it occur for all patrols even after restarting the system?

If so, the most likely fix will be to backup your system, reinstall SMART, import your CA and then try again. This should address any issues that might have arisen when your database was initially installed or if any directories have been modified.

Hi there,

We’re having this issue too, but in our case, it seems to be a problem with the user level. We cannot erase a patrol from a “dataentry” user, but when we do it from an “admin” user, everything is ok.
