Public Package Upload to SMART Mobile requiring login details

Hi,

I have attempted to upload a package from desktop to SMART Mobile using the public package method and sending the link to the phone to upload. Once you click on the link, it goes straight to enter in login details for Connect rather then just uploading. Kind of defeats the purpose of public package as I have had to give out my Connect login details to people who are just collecting data on their phones. Any ideas/suggestions?

Hi Natalie,
Can you send me the link and confirm the version of SMART Mobile being used? When we discussed this a few months ago, the link worked fine for me, so I suspect it’s an issue with the devices or workflow. I’ll try it out again with the link you provide and let you know how it goes.

Hi Natalie,
The link worked fine for me on that version of SMART Mobile. If that’s the same link you’re sharing with users, I have no idea why it would take them to a SMART Connect login page.
