Hi there,
I realized that when I create the QR of one SMART Mobile project, it seems with a lot of detail or little pixels (This one works out perfectly).
However, with another project I create a QR and seems to have less detail or big pixels. This QR doesnt work out, and shows the following error.

There is a known issue with Collect packages that has recently been fixed.
What kinds of packages are you having trouble with?

Okay, in that case, this is probably an issue with Connect. Are you able to reach it normally?
How could we test or confirm that this is an issue with Connect? We do have it hosted on our own server, so it might be related to that.
