Hi There SMART Community
When I save a query, and then log out and back into my CA, I am unable to run the saved queries, everything is disabled and it just says “query error” at the bottom. The same things happens with both “Conservation Area Queries” and “My Queries” Any idea what is up with this? Please see image below. Many thanks!
Hi Michelle,
This certainly looks like a bug. Could you reinstall SMART and make sure you’re running on the latest version (download 7.5.9 from the SMART website and run an update from within the software).
If that does not solve the problem, please share the error log so we can dig a little deeper.
