We have just completed a survey of nearly 2000 observations across 16 categories, including 64 participants surveyed over 9 days. This is a big whack of data, we need to analyze the data both within, and across categories, while controlling for participant ID. Does anyone have any suggestions for us as to how to approach querying such large volumes of data, to allow for the export of information section by section, but also as one massive excel spreadsheet where each participant = 1 row of data? We suspect we will ultimately have to go the route of R, but if anyone has any insight/tips for us, these would be much appreciated.
