Is there any way that I could sync/get new queries and reports from one conservation area to another conservation area? They are all uploaded in the same SMART connect server and we would like to acquire the new queries and report templates via connect to all the conservation areas we have. Note that all these CAs also have the same data model

There is a way to do both functions in SMART Desktop if the corresponding CA is on the same desktop version. Query Import Queries and choose From Conservation Area.
There is no functionality to import the templates via Connect though.
I think the solution would be to download CA from Connect, get the templates and Queries you are looking for and do it that way, or have the other admin export the Query and Report Definitions to a ZIP file (via desktop) and then email it to you for importing into your CA
