Routes shapefile upload - target outside world bounds

Hi Community,

I am having a problem with uploading shapefiles into the SMART Mobile Routes. I always get an error saying Target outside world bounds. I have changed the exported target’s CRS in QGIS to match the CRS in SMART but it still doesn’t work. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a way to get the shapefile upload to work.

Hi Adam,

I notice I actually get the same statement of “outside world bounds” but it seems to work fine despite this message.

Could you try creating an new shapefile layer in QGIS and testing this to see if it is the layer that is the problem?

I just tested creating a new layer and it seems to be working fine from my end suggesting it’s an issue with the shapefile, not the SMART software.
