Scan Bar Codes with SMART Mobile?

Can anyone point me to the documentation about how to scan bar codes in the field with SMART Mobile? Thanks!

Here you go:
General usage | CyberTracker Wiki

Note that you must have an internet connection and it must be a Connect package.

If you want to share a package between devices with no internet access, then you will need to go to long-press on your project and tap “Send package”, then on the receiving device go to the Settings page and Edit projects to add it.

Hi Drew,
if you are asking about setting up SMART for scanning information from a bar code or QR Code on the field you will need to configure the Configurable data model by clicking on QR Code on desired field. You would then need to send the package to device, and you should now be able to scan QR codes a the specific field you enabled it.

@jmaaz That is exactly what I’m looking for. Do you have any additional documentation and/or any more info on how it works? One of our partners is keen to use this feature, but I’ve not implemented it before - so am looking for guidance. How have you configured what’s on the back side of the QR code? Thanks!
