- “Can’t communicate with server” Error Message when uploading changes to connect.
- Error when exporting patrol from SMART Mobile but patrol shows in data queue and history
remains on Phone
Could I please confirm a few things:
- What version of SMART Mobile are you using?
- If you are using SMART 7.5.3 can I confirm your server has also been upgraded to version 7.5.3?
- The patrol is showing in the data queue of your server (i.e. if viewed on your browser, under the data queue tab)?
Can I also confirm you had connectivity when selecting to “export data”.
