SMART 7.5.3 Error Message

  1. “Can’t communicate with server” Error Message when uploading changes to connect.
  2. Error when exporting patrol from SMART Mobile but patrol shows in data queue and history

    remains on Phone

Hello,

Could I please confirm a few things:

  1. What version of SMART Mobile are you using?
  2. If you are using SMART 7.5.3 can I confirm your server has also been upgraded to version 7.5.3?
  3. The patrol is showing in the data queue of your server (i.e. if viewed on your browser, under the data queue tab)?

Can I also confirm you had connectivity when selecting to “export data”.

I cleared and did a fresh export on connect to resolve the error. Thanks
