SMART Connect 7.5.6 server not working

Hi all,
Since yesterday, we were not able to synchronize data to our SMART Connect server. When accessing SMART connect with a browser (Google Chrome), it says that the server is unavailable (cf. image).

Is there anyone who can tell why this is happening?

Can you submit a ticket - ‘Connect related request’ with this form - Loading... - Form by Asana?

Thank you all for this. It was an internet connection issue and now solved.
