SMART Connect 7.5.7

Hi everybody,
I am trying to install SMART Connect on windows 2019 server.
But the error is as shown in the photo.

I have tried many different installations without success.
Can you guys help me?
Or can you give me the official installation of SMART Connect 7.5.7

You can request a Partnership provided Connect server as a service, that is the easiest way to get started I would suggest.
