This issue usually occurs for several hours and, on a couple of occasions, has lasted for more than a full day. However, this time I have already been unable to access SMART Connect for 5 days. Could someone help me resolve this issue?

I’ve also been getting the same error the past couple months, with intermittent service outages blocking any connection to our server. It’s been particularly persistent this past week, though I managed to connect once last week, but today it’s out again.
