SMART Connect Not Syncing

Hi,

I have had several instances where I go to sync my database with Connect and I get the error message attached. I am the only one who uses my CA so am not sure why it keeps happening. Any advice?

Hi Natalie,

Could you please share with me your Connect server URL to my email. It could be that a process in the background never stopped, so SMART thinks someone is trying to do the same action on “table: smart.ct_incident_link”.
