I have a question about using SMARTMobile and Connect over a Starlink network.
We have designed and configured our AC and packages in Spain, but the field work is in Mauritania. During the tests in Spain, all the packages worked fine, data was sent to Connect and everything worked. But now in Mauritania we can’t download any packages from Connect, nor can we send data to Desktop. There we have a Starlink network as our internet network.
Other applications like Whatsapp, Gmail etc are working fine. We’ve tried increasing the download times in Connect, but this hasn’t solved the problem.
Could this be a security issue with the Starlink network? Any other ideas as to what might be happening?
