SMART Connect queries

Hi,
I am experiencing issues with the SMART Connect queries.
When I export and set a certain time period, it gives me a random date period instead of the one I selected. Also if indicate “all data”, it gives me less data than we have in the database.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Can this be fixed?

We are using Connect 8.1.0

Hi Elke,

Looks like this may be an issue with SMART Connect. I’d recommend using queries in SMART Desktop or predefined shorter ranges (e.g., monthly) until a fix is applied.

That said, I’m raising this with the team to get looked into further.
