SMART Connect service (SCaaS) is not working properly since mid-May

Hello! Since mid-May until now, our SMART Connect server (SCaaS) has been frequently inaccessible. This issue occurs when trying to access it through both the SMART desktop application and web browser, and we have tested it on multiple computers and ISPs. We have received complaints from some users stating that after submitting patrols, they receive confirmation that the data was successfully uploaded. However, later on, nothing appears in the data queue. I personally haven’t tested this last specific issue myself.

Is this problem possibly caused by ongoing maintenance work? Are other users also experiencing the same issue, or is it specific to our Connect instance?
