Hace poco recibi el correo sobre la actualización de la apk para el SMART Mobile, hoy lo estuve probando, pero cuando le doy importar el patrullaje desde el dispositivo al SMART Desktop dice que no encuentra ningun archivo, sin embargo, revisando el dispositivo el archivo si esta pero la carpeta de SMART Data se crea en la carpeta de descargas, hay algo que deba hacer para que pueda el SMART Desktop importar directamente el patrullaje desde el dispositivo?
Hi Bianca,
If you try to import directly from “Device”, you will get the error. You need to select the “Files” option then navigate to "Download"→ “SMART Data” in the phone’s root folder. This is the current workaround until we get an update for SMART Desktop.

And I have another question, I was working in a new different conservation area with a different model data, and when I was doing the configurable model to choose to take a picture, take me like 4 minutes average between every category I want to select this option.
I´m doing this new conservation area in the same carpet that I have other 2 conservation area with different data model.
What do you think is happening? Can help me if I create and install other carpet of SMART Desktop? I’m using 7.5.10

I am not sure I follow correctly. Feel free to type in Spanish and I’ll translate on my end. Is the issue that it takes time for the camera app to load when you try to take a picture? If so, the issue could be coming from the device and not SMART. Please verify if I have understood your request.
