Smart mobile app is incompatible to all devices

Hello

Please help me, due to some changes in Smart mobile app it has been discovered that the app now is incompatible with all the mobile devices that we use at our work. Therefore what can be the solution to this. All devices use Android version 8.1

Are you getting SMART Mobile from the Play Store or are you installing the APK directly?

Yes I am getting the app on play store

While waiting for the App Store to publish the latest version, you can go here:
Download | CyberTracker Wiki.

You will need to install the APK that is for older devices.

Hopefully the store will update in a few days.
