I’m generating the QR code directly from the SMART Mobile 1.0.550 app, using the option to share a project. However, that code is not recognized when I try to scan it using the built-in QR code scanner within the SMART Mobile app itself.
On the other hand, if I open the phone’s camera and scan the same QR code from there, it is recognized correctly and the project loads in SMART Mobile.
I see, so in summary, the built-in QR-code scanner in 1.0.550 is not working well on iOS. Any difficulty on Android?

Yes, the built-in QR code scanner in version 1.0.550 is not working well on either iOS or Android. In both operating systems, the app has difficulty reading the QR code when using the internal scanner.

I am not having any trouble on my side, although my device screens are set to be quite bright. Could you please try increasing their brightness to see if that helps?
We have increased the screen brightness on the phones, but the SMART app still doesn’t scan the QR code. We’ve tested this on three phone models: iPhone 14, Samsung A15, and A16.
To clarify, you say it sometimes works. Is this if you try zooming in and out (moving the phone closer or further away)?
Can you confirm that the built-in Android/iPhone QR code scanner is doing a lot better?
