I have a problem that when I go by motorbike, my route will have a straight line error, but when I walk, it is fine. Has anyone had this error? Please guide me on how to fix it. Thanks

This may simply be that you are moving faster than your device expects for the transport type. You can customize the track timer for specific transport types in your Mobile package before you export it. Generally, use a shorted track timer for faster transport types. You’ll need to make sure you’re selecting / switching to the correct transport type while on patrol.
You can also look at the following:
- On your phone, go to Location settings → Location mode and select “High accuracy.”
- Make sure battery optimization is off for SMART Mobile (Settings → Apps → SMART Mobile → Battery → Don’t optimize).
