Hi! I’m trying to import data from SMART Mobile to SMART Desktop but a message keeps popping up ‘No data from the device…’. Two phones have this error.
Note: I have multiple SMART Packages with different configurable data models in 1 device. Does this affect the import?
Assuming yes to above - if you have different SMART packages with different configurable models - are they all for the same Conservation Area? Or are the for different ones?
If you tap the big Settings button above, you will get a menu which has an option to “Show Exports”. This will let you share the JSON data files from the device directly.
Hi, have you managed to resolve this challenge? I have a similar situation now and one possibility is that a minor change in a package may be causing it. I know the work arounds, but want to make the normal import option work for the field staff. The exported patrol is available on the device storage for a .json import. Thanks, Lourette
