When downloading Survey data I keep getting the error (e.g. No tree node found for uuid t:2ddff8986a2a43f38115237dc5a8494e. No value will be set for the attribute Species.). From there, none of the species gets downloaded into Desktop, but the other attributes remain. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Sorry for the delay. Looks like an issue with the data model vs. the configurable model.
Could the data model be missing a tree node included in the configured model? i.e. has the data model been modified since the Mobile package was exported?
I think you’ll need to recreate / reexport the package to avoid this in future.

Also check that if you make additions or changes in the Data Model, those changes will be automatically disabled in the Config model. So you have to go edit those in the Config model to make them visible.
Maybe re-add that section of the config model and reestablish the Connect details associated with that config model to repair that connection
