Sync failed two user to smartconnect

greetings to all, we have a problem in Guatemala, we have only 2 computers smartconnected to connect and we always have synchronization problem, any solution?

It looks like there is a conflict on your CA. I would back up the CA(in case some data is new and hasn’t been synced successfully), delete it from the SMART desktop and then download the CA from SMART Connect.

Is your server on-premise or on the cloud?
Have you also tried increasing the Connection options (Upload retry etc.)?
