Timeout error when syncing with Connect

Hello SMART Team

We are encountering a Timeout error when syncing with Connect with Murchison falls national park. It is on the SCaaS server with SMART 7.5.6

I’ve tried to increase the download recount from 10 to 1000 but it doesn’t work.

The error message: Error downloading file: Timedout waiting for export to process on smart connect

Is there anyone able to help out from the backend?

Are you able to log into SMART Connect in a web browser? To get help with SCaaS issues, you can log a ticket using this form and it will go to the team supporting the Connect servers:
