The connect sync perfect and packages are exported to device perfectly but when a patrol starts it only records good for the first 5-10 min then throws me to straight lines.
This is almost always associated with the settings on the device, assuming you have an up to date version of the mobile and desktop applications. There are a number of different power saving settings in Android that can cause the app to lose connection with the GPS. The smart mobile handbook has some examples of how to adjust the settings. Basically you need to go into the app and power saving settings and turn off all the power saving functions. I think this is also described in older posts on the community.
