I’m having trouble accessing SMART on my computer. Does anyone have any idea what the issue is according to the following error message?
@dzcolson57 I hadn’t seen that error message before, but a quick search suggests it may be linked to onedrive (How to Fix OneDrive’s "The Tag Present in the Reparse Point Buffer Is Invalid" Error on Windows)? Or perhaps you’ve got your SMART instance in a synced folder?
I’d suggest a) reading through the suggestions in the linked article and then b) moving your SMART to a static location, like your C:/ drive.
Thank you! It is in a synced folder, I’ll see if moving it to my C:/ drive helps resolve the issue. Appreciate the help!
