Unable to Access Connect Server (503 Service Unavailable)

I’m trying to access the Connect server at https://nativaconnect.smartconservationtools.org/server/connect/ca, but I’m getting a “503 Service Unavailable” error.

Could anyone please advise how I can resolve this issue? I have a workshop scheduled next week and will need access to the server beforehand.
