I am trying to download data from the connect queue, but the warning message is repeatedly shown with the message ‘Could not process any of the data. Item has been requeued on the server’. Is there a way to fix this such that the data can be downloaded?
I get this error occasionally too, but it’ll only be for one file for me. When I’ve looked at the JSON file corresponding to the same time (by downloading it and the adjacent in time ones from the Connect server website), it appears that this happens to me when the data in the JSON file in question has already been processed and was somehow duplicated. I don’t know how the duplication happens, or if that’s actually why. Not sure if that helps you at all, but just thought I’d chime in since I’ve seen that error and am also confused by it.
