Where is patrol Custom Attibutes on SMART 8.1.2?

I try to used SMART 8.1.2, but cannot find Patrol Custom attributes.
Is this features take out from SMART 8.1.2?

I’m so sorry. that feature was move to Patrol Type, track, Select track type, Patrol Custom Attributes.
