Error downloading CA from server via 'advanced' menu of the log-in screen

Hi, Felix, we’ve been experiencing exactly the same problem with SMART Connect 7.5.5 and SMART Desktop 7.5.6. Our experiments with combinations of various software versions and Tomcat settings have not had any positive outcome - see Problem with downloading CA from SMART Connect to SMART Desktop - SMART Community Forum - SMART Community Discussions.
