Error Processing Item: JDBC begin transaction failed

Good day,

I keep getting a recurring error message when I try to download SMART mobile data via Connect. This is a recurring issue across all my CA’s and it only really started occuring about three weeks ago. See the error log below:

Thanks for reporting this issue. This happened because of a connection issue coupled with an update(maybe plugin) that was recently added to your Desktop. Another issue we noticed was that a user was attempting to log in and failed multiple times. After 5 tries, the user gets blocked for some time.

We have reset your server. Please retry and provide feedback.

Thanks this worked quite well. It also helped to eliminate another recurring error message.

Oh yes, the login attempts were probably from a field partner of ours. I will try to reset his password.
