Error when trying to synch data with Connect


I’m getting an error message that is preventing me from syncing Desktop data with Connect. The message says:

An error occurred uploading changes to SMART Connect: Error processing work items: java.sql SQLException: Invalid number of rows updated.

Is it possible to trace where the problem might be and resolve it? It has come about since processing some phone data via cable onto the desktop. I don’t have access to the JSONs from those phones to be able to revert to a previous backup and start again.

That message typically means that there’s a syncing conflict with SMART Connect. If you share your error log we might be able to identify the specific conflict, but ultimately you’ll need to get your desktop back in sync with Connect. See this related post for some more information:
