I am seeking recommendations for rugged smartphones or tablets that are compatible with the SMART Conservation Tool for use in patrol operations. My budget is $600 or less per piece. Please suggest reputable devices that are reasonably rugged and have good specifications, suitable for fieldwork in Liberia, West Africa.
Your input on well-reviewed and field-tested options would be greatly appreciated.
