SMART Connect issue: Can't update, and cannot download the CA from Connect

Hi everyone,
Using SMART Desktop and SMART Connect 7.5.7, I am not able to update two large CAs so I decided to replace my Desktop CA with the CA from Connect. When downloading, I got this error message. Any help/advice is welcome.


My internet connexion is okay, using Optic fiber, but sometimes, it is dropped down for a little moment.

Hi Angelo,

This error is often associated with version updates. You’ll see from this previous post that upgrading the versions solved the issue. Would you be able to upgrade to SMART 7.5.10? You can do this simply in the software by using the option File > Check for Updates.

If you’re using a Partnership hosted Connect server you can use this form to request your server is upgraded.

Thank you for replying to me on this. We are using Partnership hosted Connect so I am going to fill that form to upgrade to 7.5.10.
FYI, sending data from SMART Mobile from the field is working well, except because of internet speed in the field, which depends on the mobile phone network and carrier.
